District Auxiliary Services Foundation
Mission
The Â鶹ӳ» District Auxiliary Services Foundation (DAS) was incorporated in October 2013 as a nonprofit public benefit corporation for the purpose of promoting and assisting the educational mission of Â鶹ӳ».
DAS supports co-curricular programs, food/retail services, charitable giving, and co-promotional community partnerships.
DAS is governed by a Board of Directors and the Â鶹ӳ» Assistant Superintendent/Vice President of Administrative Services serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair.

Board Meetings
The DAS Foundation holds Regular Meetings quarterly. Meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of the second or third month of the quarter at 3:00 p.m.
Special meetings are scheduled as needed.
